Sony mini hifi system, model DHC MD373. Comprises remote controlled CD/radio and mini CD incorparated in attractive silver casing 8 w x 11 d x 6 h (inches) with 2 speakers housed in beech surrounds. I used them for maybe 6-8 times with my Marantz signature 50x50 rms watt amplifier. They look brand new...I canot see a mark on them. Well made by a very well known company....and as floor standing speakers they look and sound very good indeed. They are bi-wirable , back ported, and can be weighted using sand. They are also fitted with spikes for secure fixing. Can be heard of course. Very comfortable to wear. Stereo. Excellent sound. It has a small mains powered infrared transmitter which conects to the headphone socket on the equipment you are using (TV, sound system etc). The conection plug is 3.5mm stereo and there is an adapter to convert it to 6.3mm. The headphones have a volume control on the right earpiece and take 2 AAA size batteries. The range is up to 7metres within the line of sight of the transmitter. I have the original box and instruction book.
